Just announced as the opening act, Emily & Danilo will bring their exhilarating multi-genre performance to the stage of Freo Social to open up for the award-winning Awakenings Ensemble.

Fresh from a sell-out Asia tour, The Awakenings Ensemble returns to Perth for one night only - Sunday 14 June at Freo.Social, Fremantle.

The tour delivered beyond expectations. Perth sold out five days ahead. Both Singapore nights sold out. Beijing and Shanghai were full houses. The ensemble performed at Blue Note Beijing, JZ Club Shanghai, Salon No.10 Hong Kong and Blu Jaz Singapore - and was immediately invited to return to the JZ Festival in Shanghai. A live recording made during the tour is being prepared for release as an album later this year.
